We began working with Karen in 2008 when we decided to put in a new kitchen, new flooring and carpeting throughout our home, as well as complete bathroom remodels, and fresh paint and moldings. We were overwhelmed with all the decisions and choices, but Karen made it easy, from making paint color recommendations, to cabinet choices, and carpet and flooring options. She was truly involved in our project every step of the way. Karen has a can-do, positive attitude, and she is enjoyable to work with. In our case, there was a structural issue that had to be dealt with and resolved quickly.
