She also had contacts, including her husband, David, who were helpful as well. Linda was also in constant communications with me during this process, which helped reassure me that we were always on the same page in meeting our goals. “Denise Stringer designed the interiors of our new home on Lake Murray. We first met Denise while visiting her home on Hilton Head Island, South Carolina. The moment we saw her home, we knew that she was the one to help us with the interior design and selections for our new home as her taste in decor was better than any we had ever seen before. Denise was involved from the beginning of the project, working along side with our architect and builder. She assisted us with every step of the building process.... from selecting the tiles, stone and wood flooring, plumbing fixtures, lighting, cabinetry, countertops, paint colors to selecting furniture and accessories. Denise custom designed many aspects of our interior finishes to personalize our home for us such as the patterned walnut and Jerusalem stone floors, a mosaic tile floor pattern for our Master Bath, palm etched shower doors, onyx and iron sconces and chandelier , along with our wine cellar door with a " Y" worked into the metalwork to name a few. Her ability to choose the perfect materials, colors and her attention to detail did not go unnoticed. She made the process a stress-free experience from day one. Denise found it easy to zero in on what we liked and did a fabulous job. All we ever had to say was ' Denise, you pick it and we will love it.' And we do...from the beautiful leathered granite countertops, the gorgeous lighting and furnishings to the breathtaking window treatments. We could thank Denise a million times for the wonderful job she did and it wouldn't be enough. Today, we look in awe at our new home and can say that we are proud to show it to family, friends and guests. We truly feel we have one of the most beautiful homes we have ever seen!
