“I found Jana Ward Interiors online while searching for a specific nightstand that I’d been trying to find for 3 years! The day after placing my order, an associate from the company reached out, notifying me that the shipping price had gone up since they switched shippers. For context, Jana Ward is in Texas and I am in michigan!!!! They informed that there was another option to keep the price the same and they would contact me again in a couple days. That is exactly what they did! They were able to get the nightstand to me in 2 days! And it arrived with no scratches or dents! I appreciate you guys so much!”

“Working with Nicole has been an incredible experience. If you’re designing for a new home construction she is incredibly knowledgeable and competent when working with architects and builders and knows everything from start to finish about the process. Nicole is also really talented at redecorating an existing space. She really listens to what you want and if you don’t know, she has the expertise to help you figure out exactly what you’re looking for. Nicole has surpassed all of my expectations when it comes to designers. I recommend her for any design project big or small.”

“We remodeled a condominium recently, and replaced all the window treatments. Direct sun through large glass doors to the west, and privacy concerns on the entrance side to the east. Glenda was a big help and a true professional. She was always on time, listened carefully to our thoughts, considered the overall budget, decor and style...and helped us pick just the right window treatments. The products arrived quickly and in good shape. Glenda kept track of everything, checked in periodically with updates, came back with the technician to verify measurements and came back for the installation. Everything looks great and works as expected. I would absolutely hire Glenda Jones (and so Smith & Noble) again...and have already recommended her/them to good friends.”

“Audrey has helped me several times in the last 5 years with paint colors, fabrics, rugs, furniture and lighting purchases and arrangement. She is a true professional and a delight to work with. She is careful to work within the budget I establish and provides a detailed bids which outline all of the options available for the project at hand. Audrey is a mom and pet owner and uses her knowledge of kids and animals to gently steer me away from bad choices (i.e. loopy carpets, silk drapes, leather -- those things that cats and dogs and kids can ruin in a matter of moments!)), toward equally beautiful, durable options. She's a thoughtful, talented designer and I highly recommend her!”
