Janet helped enormously giving me great insight, helping with the details and giving alternatives I had never thought about. She helped with lighting choices, floor finishes, tiles and colour schemes by offering many choices and giving guidance for the final decision. “I hired BKDP back in October 2011 to redesign the ground level and 2 second level bathrooms of my home. After interviewing different design companies, both my wife and I felt most comfortable with Fardid and Ken as they were very clear and detailed in explaining the whole design process and how they charge for design and renovation to us. The design process took about 6 weeks and the design was revised a couple of times as we added more items to our wish list. They presented different design and material options to us and guided us to select the design that we like. The renovation took about 3 months to complete and we were very pleased with the end result. During the renovation, their coordinator kept us updated with their progress and schedule without the need of me calling them. And whenever I call or e-mail them with questions concerning the project, they would respond to me right away. We are considering to renovate our basement later on and we would definitely rehire BKDP for their service without hesitation.”

“Last year we gutted our kitchen and installed a Downsview Kitchen from Yorkville Design. I have nothing but praise for the service and quality we received. Thomas Tampold and his team pre-visualized a 3D mock up on the computer so we were able to "walk through" our future kitchen. They helped us with lighting and appliance selection, and all the other small details. Carefully measured, and working within our budget, they delivered a fully completed kitchen of world class quality and finish. We were so pleased with the final results that we are hiring them to design and install another kitchen at our cottage. Simply put - they're the best in Toronto.”

“We hired Dhiraj to modify and re-do the full basement and found his recommendations and advise to be awesome. His suggestions helped us to better utilize the space\area we wanted to modify. He did some electrical work and fixed some major issues, plumbing - created a new washroom\shower stall, He recommended a gas line for the dryer and cooking range, as well as one for the outside bar-b-que. His finishing was excellent. I was particularly happy with his attention to detail. It was all very well done. The price was very reasonable and I would definitely hire him again in the future. ( I actually had to hire his services again as I was affected by the great flood in 2013). He again saw to it, that everything was completed and looked the same like before.”
