“Working with Rachel has been a really rewarding experience. She helped me design and finish my walkout basement which was started in December of 2014. She helped finish off my basement with a bar, a drink station, bathroom, laundry room with open storage, a family room, rec room for kids and a two sitting areas one with a fireplace and the other in front of a wall of windows. Rachel has a great eye and is a great listener. My entire home is my dream home thanks to Rachel. Anytime spent with her is well worth it. I'm just reviewing my basement however, she's worked on my entire home.”

“Jennifer was great to work with! We completely renovated our Master Bedroom and Boys Bathroom and Jennifer did the entire plan and was there to implement it over the course of the complete project. We really loved Jen’s suggestions in terms of what she picked out for us, and she has an amazing eye for color. She put together the plan, ordered all of the materials (tile, mirrors, bath, fixtures, window treatments, etc.), then helped our builder make sure it was all installed the way we wanted. Because we hired her at the start of the construction process, she provided changes in the builders plans that made the final design of our condo vastly superior to what was being offered. She also designed built ins and purchased furniture that was both in our budget and what was needed to make our condo comfortable and beautiful. I'm convinced that the interior design of out condo would increase our selling price, should we ever choose to sell it.”

“Britney has helped transform several rooms in our home both during an extensive renovation and after it was completed. Her attention to detail, use of color and textures, and "everyday" use thinking were what led us to multiple projects. We love what she created for us! In addition, her ability to take a concept you describe or roughly draw out and transform it on CAD was powerful for projects that required custom cabinetry. During our renovation, we gutted most of the 1920's home and turned the prior kitchen into a full mudroom. Britney took the space and created a fluid and functional concept for the second most used area in the house (aside from the kitchen). Extensive custom cabinetry, pantry, open lockers, laundry sink + W/D, checkered tile, and more all came together incredibly well. Both our contractor and our custom cabinet/woodworker were able to easily translate her CAD drawings into a real-world application with ease. Our next project will certainly involve Britney!”

She has a unique attention to detail and knows how to simplify the process in order to make so easy to do and not intimidating. She's great about using what you already have instead of suggesting you change or buy a bunch of stuff, which is helpful if you're on a budget. Will absolutely work with her again!”

General contractors were not easy to find and Bethany found one that is integritous, courteous, and comfortable to have in your house on a longer term project. “I couldn’t have found a better partner for my project! I came into the project with scattered ideas and a limited sense of what would actually work for my house, and Julia managed to take everything I said and come up with a design I love. Wanting to still make sure I was making the best decision, I spent time on my own considering variations on the design, only to come back to Julia’s plan every time. I’m really impressed with the way she figured out what to do with the space so quickly, all while showing that she actually understood what I wanted (without just stopping at the surface of my request) and that she could balance her sensibilities with my own.
