I appreciate that Veronica made the process simple and seamless. She did an excellent job understanding my style and personality up front, which translated into design choices that I was extremely happy with. I could tell that Veronica spent time carefully studying and combing through inventory to find pieces from various retailers that would fit together harmoniously. For some items, it was as if Veronica read my mind and knew exactly what I wanted. For others, I was delightfully surprised by selections that I never would have considered. “I wanted to update my kitchen with more granite and tile work and to also turn a sunroom, which was attached to our master bedroom, into a closet. interviewed several construction companies, but was most impressed with the work done by J Kern Design as well as the very personal touch from the owner, Jeannine Kerns. I explained to her what I had envisioned but was not sure if it would work. Jeannine made some suggestions, drew up a plan and I could not wait for the work to begin. She gave me a time frame and stuck with it. She organized everything from material purchases to managing the subcontractors. Highly organized, excellent communication every step of the way, and we could not be more pleased with our closet and kitchen.”
