“Nancy has completed several projects for me and all have come out beautifully. She designed and installed window treatments for my master bedroom, living room, dining room and family room. Each carefully customized to fit the colors, lighting, mood and furniture in each room. I would start with a vague idea of what I wanted and Nancy would bring me the most beautiful fabrics that I just fell in love with. And then she would design artistic window treatments that really enhanced the whole look of the room. She also helped me furnish my living room, basically starting from scratch and creating an elegant but inviting space. This is the first room you see when you enter the house so it sets the tone for all the other rooms. Nancy is easy to work with, taking into account your tastes and style but then builds on that to create something much more than you could do on your own. I would definitely recommend Nancy. And after doing so many projects together, I would happily work with her again.”

“We recently did a full-blown renovation of a two-story unit in a River North high rise. Leah really takes the time to understand your aesthetic and then seamlessly guides you through the process. We were completely overwhelmed with choosing bathroom finishes, kitchen finishes, flooring, lighting, wall colors, let alone furnishing our unit and Leah was there every step of the way. She is transparent, responsive, and extremely organized and makes what could be a stressful situation fun and easy. She worked very closely with our contractor and coordinated all logistics (delivery, vendors etc.) with our building. My favorite part of the process was seeing our vision come to life. We were out of town for a few weeks and Leah managed and orchestrated the entire delivery and set up of all furniture and styling of our home. After a long trip we came home to a furnished and perfectly styled home. It was such a treat! Leah truly is one of a kind and we can't recommend her enough.”

We have collaborated on several very interesting residential projects; each with its own challenges and nuances. Most recently, we completed a gut-remodeling of a Kitchen and Master Bath for a client in Downers Grove and Heather came up with an amazing design for both spaces. Both myself and the client were taken back at what a stellar design she came up with! And each project has proven to exceed expectation in the end. “Robert from Modlife has an incredible eye for finding stunning Mid-Century pieces. He also has the ability to pick furniture pieces and "recreate" them with updated fabric. I have purchased Mid-Century chairs from Modlife and also had him create ones that we could not locate in order to match the rest of our furniture. He is easy to work with and super creative!”

“Turn Key was excellent to work with from start to finish! Was in need of a new closet design/build and the big box stores like Lowes and Home Depot didn’t offer nearly anything close to what Turn Key provided me. Both Courtney and Andrew were great from start to finish. They kept me in the loop during every step, whether it was with an email or a personal phone call. They both make you feel like family, and that trust goes a long way in business. I could not be more pleased with how everything turned out! Turn Key knows it’s stuff and they know it well!”
