“We worked with Parkyn Design on our new home build. Soon after our architectural plans were done, we got Tania Parkyn and her team involved in the process. This timing was paramount to them understanding our big vision. Three things stand out from our work with Parkyn Design. First, one of the biggest strengths Tania demonstrated was her ability to really listen and understand what we wanted. She really did hear everything we said: our ideas, our dreams, our likes, our dislikes. We saw proof of this in the end results when our home seemed to fit us like a glove. Second, Tania’s experience ensured that our home would be timeless, yet incredibly unique and personal to us. Because Parkyn Design is current with trends and ahead of the curve on what’s coming, we were introduced to new products and materials which made the choices for everything both practical and leading edge. “Ben & Britt!!!! You guys are miracle workers! We are absolutely IN LOVE with our new space. Everything - down to the smallest detail - is absolutely PERFECT. We never could have envisioned our house being as beautiful as it is and we are SO excited to raise our growing family in the functional space you have created for us. Thank you SO much for everything. We never knew a company like yours even existed and we feel SO lucky to have found you!! Everyone told us we were crazy to move forward with a major Home reno with twins on the way as “contractors are never done when they say they will be!” - of course, you guys managed to finish early and our house was “move in ready!” Thank you for making this project so seamless for us and for giving us the real life HGTV experience in our own home! “Recently I purchased my first apartment with my boyfriend. Because I had never decorated my own place before I was very confused with colour choices and on what wall each colour should be on. Lori was beyond the most helpful, patient and knowledgeable interior decorate I have ever come across. She explained to me how the sun can come in at certain angles making the colour choices I picked looking very different than the colour samples. Because of her she made our apartment feel like a home rather than a stepping stone till our next place. I couldn’t have done it without her help!”
