Her 3D renderings were so helpful that we then asked her to help with another project - and she's now helped us visualize our kitchen, dining room, library AND seating area! Erin was great at incorporating our feedback and providing three viable options for each space. We're now leveraging her renderings to get quotes from a few general contractors. Without her, we would have worked with a design/build firm that likely would have cost us hundreds of thousands of dollars more overall. We can't recommend Erin enough, especially if you're considering a remodeling or renovation project. Make her your first call before calling any contractors!”

“I hired lzl Interiors to help my husband and I decorate our under-construction condo. We had many decisions to make in a very short time, including paint color, tile, flooring, lighting map, cabinets, vanities, etc. We had a vague idea of how we wanted our new condo to look but no idea how to pull it off. She was both creative and responsive in thinking through what we needed and wanted, and her experience showed in a coordinated and efficient process. “Alisha was able to get inside my head and put to life what I had envisioned. I was having trouble picking out paint colors to go with our newly installed floors, and Alisha came up with a beautiful pallet of blues, greens, and beige colors to make our beach home come alive. She was able to use the sand, shells, and sea life that we have accumulated from our many vacations and display them in a way that is tasteful and meaningful. My favorite accessories are the fun couch pillows she picked out that have colorful coral and lavender accents. Alisha is dependable, easy to work with, and has a wicked sense of humor. “I was so happy to have discovered Noreen. My husband and I have a good vision in what we would like our home to look like but we are both very indecisive and don't have a good strategy on how to get there. I also seem to second guess many of my big purchases and paint colors. So, we initially hired Noreen for our guest room. After we discussed a more global picture of what we wanted for the whole house, then we attacked the guest room. Noreen put together an idea board based off of a few key elements that I wanted to keep in room, which were curtains and a picture. From those two items she emailed me the idea board with descriptions of each element and why she picked them. Each item had a price and where to purchase. This job didn't even need much tweaking. I picked most of her suggestions and I also texted her pics of other ideas and she was easy to say yes or no. I love that aspect of our relationship because often times I just need a second opinion. The guest room turned out wonderful! Noreen also put together and idea board for our house theme. Although we haven't tackled bigger rooms yet, we certainly will be working off of her suggestions and I will continue to seek her help in creating our vision. Noreen is courteous, prompt, a great listener, and has wonderful vision. I would refer anyone to her!”
