“I came across Steven Ford Interiors on Houzz and even though they are in the Carolina's and I was in Pennsylvania I chose to take the plunge and hire them. I worked with Olivia and cannot speak highly enough of her. She was very responsive and attentive to my requests and quick to send me pictures of what we were discussing. When the pillows I ordered came with a slight defect, she quickly had the one shipped back to her and turned it around promptly, no questions asked. I also had an issue with a chest I ordered and within a day she made everything perfect. Their customer service is top notch and I would not hesitate to hire them again in the future for another project. Job well done!”
