Steve has all the design and installation knowledge anyone could hope for. From demolition to finish carpentry, his teams are great. The work was neat, timely and above all done to the highest standards. Having Steve on the job everyday gave us the confidence and assurance that our project would be completed as contracted. We were able to make some design changes during the job that only enhanced the beauty of our whole house renovation. You'd be hard pressed to find another GC that would do that.”

“I called Scott at LTB Propoerties in a bind: the condo above mine had a significant leak which came through the ceiling in my unit's living room and brought half the ceiling down. I called Scott on a Thursday and he was able to get in there, inspect it, and do the demo work on Friday. By Monday, the sheet rock was hung and sealed, and by Tuesday, it was painted and looked like nothing had ever happened. Scott's responsiveness meant minimal inconvenience for my tenant. He was professional and extremely responsive, even helping me by providing before/during/after pictures for the insurance claim I had to make. Scott and LBT Properties came highly recommended by a friend, and I would DEFINITELY recommend him.”

Mike, Kevin and all the excellent crew were a pleasure to work with from the beginning to end of the job. Their expertise and professionalism made the job so much easier to live through. Kevin was always available to answer questions and kept us updated on the timing of different parts of the construction. Their knowledgable crew are true artisans in their work. “I highly recommend this company for any handyman help or major construction. They are reliable, do great work, and keep the place relatively clean when doing the work. Once I had a flood in my basement which they had nothing to do with but I needed help. I spoke to the owner and he left his Saturday night dinner at a restaurant to come help me.
