He listens to what you want, makes as many (or as few) suggestions as you want, pays attention to costs and is personally engaging. Best of all, he comes every day, on time, and if he can't make it, he calls to let you know why. He generally prefers to work 6 hours per day: 9 to 3 or 4, but in that time he gets as much done as most contractors in 8 or more. His subcontractors all have worked with him for some time and all work together well. Most important, they do a great job, paying attention to the small details and the large ones. I recommend him without question. Our project was a total kitchen remodel, including floor, walls, electrical, plumbing, drywall, paint, appliances, demolition of old kitchen. Price was reasonable: not the lowest, but also not the highest. He did not start the project until all supplies were available and on site, so once begun, he worked continuously until finishing 6 weeks later.”
