Started late June and now everythong is finally complete and signed off. After months of hard work and patience our home is finally back and beautuful! the addition has opened up so much for us and our is huge now! We cant say enough great and wonderful things about this team! When your dropping almost 6 figures down for a home remodel hire only the best. We got a great deal.”

“After purchasing our new home we wanted to modernize the house since it was still stuck in the in the 50's. We did not know where to start and after a lot of research we were referred to Spazio La by a friend that did their entire house with them. We didn't know what to expect, after 10 minutes of our first meeting I was in love with their ideas and suggestions to improve the layout and finishes of our new kitchen, master bathroom and guest bathroom. They were very professional and spent almost 4 hours with us showing us their beautiful designs and projects from previous clients. We decided to hire them and we are so happy that we did. They came up with an amazing 3D concept design for each space that we wanted to remodel. They managed the project from the contractor to the finish materials and with the final decoration of the home. Our house looks amazing and our kitchen is, now, huge and has an island to die for. They recommended a Calcutta quartz material that makes the kitchen look like a showpiece from a designer showroom. Our master bathroom is like a high end spa at a five star hotel. We are really thankful to the team from Spazio La for making our home an amazing place for our family.”

“Dave Telem, owner of Dave's Remodeling, Inc. supervised and coordinated various projects to upgrade the function and appearance of my home in the Pacific Palisades. Kitchen upgrades included new quartz countertops, a new stainless steel farmhouse sink, a microwave drawer, and a new dishwasher. The laundry room was completely remodeled with new cabinetry & countertops, flooring, and washer and dryer. Cabinets in the family room and kitchen were repainted, and the master bath shower floor was replaced. Overall, the quality of work was excellent, and work was completed on schedule. I would not hesitate to use Dave's Remodeling services for my future needs.”

“We are a big family so I searched for my dream kitchen with a price I could afford. What I got was a cute from Green works was a fabulous kitchen. I believe in a sustainable and eco-friendly approach to my kitchen. I decided 10 Elements for my Dream Kitchen as following: 1. Open shelving and lift-up doors for upper cabinets 2. Full-extension drawers on bottom 3. Double Ovens 4. Warming drawers 5. Farmhouse sink with one or two smaller sinks 6. Two dishwashers 7. Purified water 8. Pot-filler faucet 9. “We just had our second baby, and we wanted to convert some awkward space in our house into a small third bedroom. Coram's guys came in and took care of everything. They were friendly, professional, and they made sure we were happy with everything. They put in two walls, a door, moved a vent for some airflow, and put the crown molding up. They left the area clean, too, which was a huge plus. Was totally worth it, and now our baby has a quiet place to sleep! Super happy with the job they did.”
