“My husband and I worked with Davis Home Pro on an extensive remodel of our 2,000 sq/ft home in Orinda. We took everything down to the studs and DHP did all new electrical, plumbing, dry wall, flooring, etc. Everyone we talked to cautioned us that our project would likely go way over budget and way over schedule. To our delight, this was not the case. DHP worked within our budget and provided alternatives when we need to cut costs. They were extremely up front with us from the get go and we knew exactly how much we were spending and when we went over budget it was our choice - not because we were forced into it or misled. Perhaps more importantly (we were expecting our first baby in the middle of this project), they were ON TIME. These two factors make them 5 stars in my opinion. I would say the quality of their work is very high. We have experienced some minor issues, like doors scraping floors or counters needing additional caulking. But DHP was quick to resolve during our 1-year warranty agreement. In addition to all this, Jason, Richard, Pete and team were a pleasure to work with. Extremely pro active and really nice people. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking for jobs big and small.”

“My wife and I hired Steve Quinn and his team to remodel our kitchen in late 2013, and it came out spectacular - far more elegant than we ever imagined. We must have interviewed 7 other contractors, and we were so gratified we went with Steve. Deeply knowledgeable about all aspects of construction, scrupulous about every detail, straightforward about everything, highly procedural about documentation and project milestones, and a man you can trust. Plus Steve has a terrific designer on his team, Ling Antido, who understands the subtleties of influencing her clients design decisions. Whereas I credit Steve with the quality of our remodeled kitchen, it was Ling who guided us through our design decisions. We will turn to them for our next project, without hesitation.”

“Modern Green Construction, you guys are just the best. They are a perfect blend of modern and traditional architecture with their professional minds. The remodeling of our home was the main floor being renovated to accommodate two bedroom suits, a media center and a kitchen. The second floor had kids bedrooms, bathrooms, and a very large game room, with amazing soundproofing and acoustic treatment. We are so lucky that we met them, got to experience their service and the price was so great. They did their job within the time frame.”

“We contacted Tinka Construction for an estimate to remodel our bathroom. George gave us an estimate that was fair and complete, so we moved forward signing a contract. The demolition started a few weeks later and what was striking was all the workers were careful and respectful of both our privacy and property. Even though there were a few surprises along the way, George worked very hard to keep the budget on track. He was able to guide us where to purchase all the fixtures, tile and other supplies and then picked up all the materials so that it gave us some ease around the whole project. We are completely pleased with our bathroom and ended up adding a kitchen counter/ sink replacement which was equally seamless. We actually wanted to keep our original tile in the kitchen, and while other contractors told us it was impossible, George figured out how to do it. Well done! In addition, George is a very genuine, caring contractor whom we feel completely confident recommending. He looks for solutions that make sense, are economically feasible and beautify your home.”

“A rare hem. Remodels and upgrades to a house can be so stressful that usually we put it off but that feeling completely changed when we found Modern Creation. We found a small business(confident they won’t be small for long) that takes great pride in their work and they finish in a timely manner. They were so detailed with their questions and offered options in the beginning of the job that I felt comfortable every step of the way. They cleaned up after themselves when they ended each day and were conscious that I had little kids and a dog in the house( tools, nails, sharp objects were never left out and days without a stove were left to a minimum). We love that we had access to Amir whenever we had a question and his attention to detail is very comforting. He notices everything from a drawer not being aligned right to making sure our slabs all “line matched” all the way to the inside edge of the the cabinet. Honestly, I don’t know if I would have noticed but my guests sure did. It’s been a couple of weeks since the job is done and we have zero complaints and only compliments for a job well done. Now my husband is addicted to getting more work done in the house. So far we have had our patio cover done outside(the job that started it all), our new bar addition(we wanted it to match our existing kitchen), backsplash and counter in the kitchen and pantry done. All of the areas Modern Creation has touched has become our favorite spots in the house. We look forward to our next upgrade in the house done by Modern Creation.”
