“Partial remodel of a 1939 Georgian home in the Southgate neighborhood in Houston. Work included partial remodel of two bathrooms, install of a new tankless water heater and solar attic fan, install of a full deck in the Attic, new concrete walkway, 2 new doors, hardwood floor install in the kitchen , etc. Work done to a very good quality standard. Excellent communications with Company Owner Greg Simmons, who was a regular presence on the job site. The 2 month project completed on schedule, at end-January 2016.. Would highly recommend Greg and B&W for similar projects !!”

“Norman and his team managed the entire remodel of a rent house for us in Houston. What began as cosmetic updates became a full-scale update of a very old house. From A/C, Electric, plumbing, sewage, floors, windows, interior and exterior doors, drywall, paint and gutters. This project was extremely complex and Norman managed it with excellent service and communication, documentation and budgetary transparency. “I hired CHI after two people I knew used them with stunning results renovating their respective homes. My wife and I initially used them to "fix" the floor of our master shower. It turned into a beautiful transformation that we enjoy daily and will add to our resale value. Since then we have used them again and will continue to use them. We recommend them to our friends and family. CHI's work is very, very high quality. They stay within a time budget and financial budget and will communicate immediately is anything changes. They are very professional with the sole objective of satisfying the customer. To that end, a job is not complete until the customer says so. Above all, they are trustworthy. I cannot recommend them highly enough!”

“We were referred to NG Platinum Homes by a friend. We were looking to get all the secondary bathrooms remodeled. After initial consultation at our house, they left us a folder with previous job pictures and a step by step guide of the next steps, they emailed us a quote after one day. They have a different approach to construction and it was very efficient. After approving their quote, Nadine met us in our house and listened to our ideas, we then went shopping with her. She took us to some very nice tile shops that we had no idea about. After shopping for the fixtures, wall color, sink, faucets and tile we called it a day. Two days later Nadine had our design with our picked materials. Construction started after they received all the items. We were done with construction within 2 weeks and i was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the crew and their respect for our house. Quality is top notch. Everything is symmetrical as she checked on them everyday. Project Manager James was very courteous and punctual. They notified us a day before making any excessive noise which was during the demo. They finished that in one day. This is a great company and she runs things very efficiently.”

“We did an expansion to our current house. We needed a game room for the kids, a den for the adults, two more bedrooms and a bathroom. Also a mud room, laundry room, some fixing in the existing house and redo the garage. We hired Sneller Custom Homes and Remodeling for the job. All these jobs were done while we were living in our current house. They are very professional, they helped us with the design, and ideas to better put in black and white what we wanted to do. Also, they worked with us to get things done inside the current living space to better accommodate our needs. The communication with Matt Sneller was great, if something was not as expected he took care of the situation. Great communication skills, and very professional in what he does. We highly recommend this company. Regards”

“Huston builders were the ones to do a complete remodel for me and my wife Melisa after interviewing a several of companies, we met Joseph and he was totally knowledgeable and responsive and professional. We remodeled our two bathrooms plus a master bathroom changed flooring throughout the entire house brand new kitchen with shaker cabinets and beautiful quarts countertops. If we had to do this again, we would totally hire Josef and Huston builders one more time. We highly recommend working with Houston builders and appreciate the hard and phenomena work they put into our remodel. Thank you Josef and Huston builders.”
