“Nightingale Co. exceeded our expectations! As a realtor and investor, I have worked with several contractors and subcontractors. From past experiences, I had very little faith in the industry as I found myself managing each person myself to ensure the work met my (high) standards. We hired Nightingale to remodel our home from floor to ceiling. Throughout the entire project, I did not feel a need to manage, check in on, or question them. Every one of the employees and subcontractors were kind, clean, professional, and highly skilled. The owner, operations director, and superintendents were there daily to offer "white glove service" to the project. Our home had several motivated individuals working 8-10 hours Monday-Friday from beginning to end of project. From woodwork, to custom cabinetry, to paint, our home has been seamlessly transformed with an unrivaled attention to detail. Nightingale Co is extremely high level and therefore they get my highest level of recommendation!”

“Al, Owen and team did an entire house renovation for our fixer-upper. Our realtor gave us their number because of the great quality of work and after meeting with them once, I was ready to go. It was a 1960's fixer upper we were thinking about buying in our dream location and if Iron Rose hadn't come through, we might not be settled and happy with our location right now. I am an anxious person and was prepared for a HGTV-style reno nightmare BUT I had so much fun working with them! They touched every room and one year later, everything is still perfect. My kitchen is a show piece. Owen refinished our wood floors beautifully. They took down walls, created an office with a double sided fireplace, and made 3 very dated bathrooms shine. They installed appliances and new water-proof flooring where we didn't have hardwood. They communicated so well, anticipated problems, stayed on a very tight timeline and budget and created a dream house. CONTACT THEM NOW!!!”

“We LOVE our new shower and bathroom floor! I called several contractors to get a quote on this job. Some never showed up. Some came and measured but never gave us the quote and others had quotes that were unaffordable. Roger came when he said he would and gave us a prompt quote that was very affordable. He helped with the tile selection and made the process enjoyable. He said the job would take one week and it did. His men were very courteous and respectable of our home. They showed up on time everyday. They worked hard and were very particular and precise with their work, always cleaning up at the end of the day. If I needed to call Roger, he would either take my call or tell me he would call right back- and did!! My husband and I would highly recommend Roger and Best Deal Building and Bath. “Advance electric is probably one of the best sources for unique and beautiful fixtures in northern Michigan. The staff is very helpful in selection and are generous with photos, printed information, books, etc for borrowing while you make decisions. They always have some beautiful one-of-a-kind things on sale at great prices or you can order most anything you would want.”

“Runyan Brothers Construction is the best! From the moment I met Scot he was professional and compassionate at the same time. We asked a lot of Scot and his team we wanted to be back home in 90 days to celebrate my twin granddaughters 1st birthday. His team began with demolition of the the house lost to fire. They worked diligently and handed me keys to my home in 88 days. They worked closely with my insurance company keeping the project within the budget. Scot offered guidance showing his knowledge and experience in his field while respecting me and my choices. Everyone working on the project was respectful my family (visiting daily) and of my neighbors (keeping the area safe).”

“Ryan is a great General Contractor. My wife and I bought a 'gut job' in 2012 and we hired RYLN to do the work. His work as well as his trades are fantastic; timely, courteous, and most importantly, exceptional workmanship. I had a relationship with a previous contractor that delivered all the nightmares you hear about when dealing with builders. Ryan and his team - never even a concern. “My husband and I hired Sharer Design Group LLC to remodel our kitchen. They rescued our tot oak kitchen with pink carpet and made it absolutely gorgeous. The whole process was so easy and was completely done in 4 weeks which was completely amazing to us both. Justin made my dreams come true and now I cannot help but spend every chance I get in my kitchen. We would absolutely recommend Sharer Design Group to anyone that wants anything done in there home and can say without a shadow of a doubt that you will not regret it!!!!!!! They are the BEST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We cannot thank him enough for our beautiful kitchen!!!!!”
