“Justino and his team did a full remodel of our yard. Justino was a huge help in finalizing the design. He also came up with a number of creative solutions to some of the issues with our property. We had a few challenges that we had to work through. The project was larger than Justino anticipated and it took longer than we thought. We also ended up more over budget than we thought. Overall we are really happy with the way everything turned out. Justino was a great partner and always worked to make us happy. I highly recommend his services.”

“Three projects in one, James and his tream transformed our home’s exterior from 1960 to now (and into the future). Restored circular driveway, retaining wall with a planter section and an amazing patio with outdoor fireplace; James and team were three for three in respect to thrilling us. Fabulous outcome aside, the process was very professional. From concept to fruition, James was timely, responsive, and communicative. “Jacob worked with us on planning our backyard project, and was very patient and professional as we changed our design a few times. Jacob was very helpful, making recommendations based on our budget. The Dreamscapes team installed a garden wall to raise the length of my sloping backyard. The 3 foot high stone wall has some curves and includes stairs making it easier for us to tend to our garden without having to climb the wall. They also installed pavers for a nice addition to our smaller patio, this makes for a nicer foundation when we entertain family and friends. We are extremly happy with our beautiful backyard Oais. We will definately use their services again and highly recommed them.”

“My wife and I wanted to replace our ageing 20 year old cedar deck in our backyard. So we contacted Kevin Monohan, co-owner of Avalon NW Landscaping, and our neighbor up the street. The design effort was truly a collaborative process, which we liked. We met with him 4 or 5 times throughout the process to conceptualize and to come up with a design about the layout, the hardscapes, the plantings, and the timing and execution of the plans. Kevin always encouraged us to give our ideas for the patio. It was always a joy meeting with Kevin. He always considered our ideas and offered his advice on what he thought would be best design for our patio. And he was cognizant of our cost constraints and laid out options for us to consider. Kevin also immediately notified us of additional work that needed to be done that wasn't known in the early planning phases and we were able to make decisions about these changes. Kevin has an excellent combination of skills, both interpersonal and professional. The crew that did the work was also fantastic. The three of them worked diligently for three weeks and each day cleaned up the site meticulously. We were amazed at how proficient Avalon NW Landscaping was at keeping on track and on-budget with our backyard project. When it was all done, we were very pleased with the process and the outcome.
