We hired her to design our living room and it is now our most favorite place to spend time in our home. She is quick to respond to any questions or concerns and has been a pleasure to work with. “This husband and wife team are amazing! They have unbelievable talent and are so personable. Benavides Design House turned our unfinished basement into a beautiful space complete with an art room for the kids, spare bedroom, entertainment room, pool table/game room and a wine cellar wall. They did renderings for us ahead of time so that we could really see what our space would look like. They sat down with us and made sure we were comfortable and got to know our style before they made recommendations. They were flexible enough to put up with our last minute change of heart on a few decisions. They were also very responsive to our calls and emails throughout the process. Plus when we first moved to the South Jersey area, we paid almost double the hourly fee for a designer so we consider BDH to be very competitively priced. You can not go wrong with this talented pair!!”

“Lisa has decorated my entire home, and designed my basement, pergola, cabana, and outdoor landscaping. She is a perfectionist and it shows. I continuously get compliments on my home that even though it is large, it is so warm and inviting. I am so completely confident in Lisa's work that when I need something done in my home, and let her know and she takes care of it. I don't feel that I need to look at what she picks out because she knows my taste and has always done beautiful work. “I had recently swapped my dining and living room furniture as we never used the living room, and only used the dining room for larger groups and needed lots of space a couple of times a year. Sarah Herman's came recommended to help me with curtains, carpets, light fixtures and artwork, transforming my furnishings into masterpieces. She was exceptional at tuning into what my preferences were and came up with beautiful options in my budget. I could not be happier with the end result. Every single person who comes to my home compliments the decor of these rooms. I love sitting in my sitting room (previously the dining room) as it is warm and inviting. The new dining room is spectacularly outfitted with a classic Tuscan feel that adds a lot to our culinary experiences in that room.”
