“Over this past summer, we contracted Rapid Restoration & Construction to do some home renovations for us. This included the installation of new LVT flooring planks over our existing tile, the replacement of new baseboards, updating our outdated oak & carpet staircase, a new shower installation and the painting of cabinets and doors. Due to unforeseen circumstances beyond their control, however, the job took a little longer than initially anticipated, but the owner, Dave, was dedicated to getting everything completed within our designated time frame. I got quotes from a wide variety of companies and was very disappointed when so many of them came back significantly over our stated budget. I thought he might get annoyed at the last minute change, but his friendly smile never wavered.
