How much will it cost? What does our space look like anyway? Then, with a phone call and recommendation, we were sent to Chris. Best decision EVER! He was so patient with us and helped us find out just what would make us happy in our space. And he was right! His guidance and suggestions made this project tolerable, his caring about others and loving what he does helped make our new kitchen be the warm gathering place we dreamed it to be.”

“I have worked with Fran on several projects because of her creativity, knowledge, attention to detail, organization and ability to deliver projects on time and within budget. Our first major project together was downsizing from a 2,300 square foot home to a 1,200 square foot condo. Fran was instrumental in helping me to determine which furniture pieces to keep and what pieces were needed to create the look and feel I was looking for. She worked closely with the general contractor ensuring that the specifications were implemented correctly down to the placement of last electrical outlet. She coordinated all aspects of the transformation from lighting, painting, window treatments and furniture. I couldn’t be happier with her advice and consultation. She has been and will be my go-to Interior Designer.”

Duane Johns and Roger Ketchum of Advanced Renovations made this complicated project a breeze for the homeowners and the subcontractors alike. This is no easy task, and signifies the level of professionalism that is not easily found. Their knowledge of their profession is remarkable. I would not only enjoy working with them in the future, but I would hire them myself. “A couple of years ago, I decided to remodel my kitchen. It was a very confined space, but I did not want to spend extra money to knock out walls to change that. Sara showed me a design to do just that anyway. And it blew me away. It took a very tight space and opened it up completely. I still can't get over the difference it made, and I would never have done that without her confidence that it was the right thing to do. I get easily overwhelmed with making all the design choices of the individual elements of the kitchen. Sara understood what I was looking for, and picked out options for me to consider. Again, I would never have picked these choices on my own, but they came together beautifully. Sara took all the worry out of the process for me.”
