“My husband and I bought a very 1980's house in the Rockport Country Club in 2009. We wanted to update the exterior and create a more inviting entry way. We found Steve almost by accident, but what great luck! He was terrific! He created a dramatic front patio with a pergola and stone wall, complete with a concrete accent "rug" that became a central feature of the walkway. He also changed the exterior color to a warm gold that we just love. It gives the house a Spanish feel and sets it apart from all the other plain white stucco homes in the area. Steve was not only creative, but he came in on time and within our budget. He helped us with landscaping that turned out really nicely as well. Besides creating an awesome entry way, Steve was invaluable in helping us manage the project from a distance as we hadn't moved here yet during the renovations. He got us through quite a few structural disasters that were not detected during the inspection. We now also have a fine new roof and a new chimney that really compliment the new entrance. I would highly recommend Steve for any project large or small, interior or exterior. He is not only talented, but is a pleasure to work with. Steve has lived in Rockport for many years, so he knows every contractor in the area. Steve's reputation in the area is one of creativity and integrity He always puts the customer first.”

“Michelle at Avant Desyn did our custom beach house plan. This is the second home she has designed for us. Her knowledge about styles, floor plan flow, and all the details that will set a home apart make the design process so easy. Michelle takes the time to work with her customers individually to ensure the house plan is very much what they want and has their personal stamp. When the original house plan we loved exceeded our budget to build she went back to the plan and pared in down in size but kept all the special details of the plan intake. Now that takes immense talent!!! I would not hesitate to recommend Avant Desyn which is evident since we are repeat customers ourselves.”

“I have had both a professional relationship as well as personal friendship with the Eilerings for 48 years. I am pleased to be currently working with Brad on a restoration project on my midcentury house. The scope of the project involved replacing a window wall, using 21st century products but would look as much as possible as the original 1950 architect design. Brad is exceedingly professional always and does due diligence on what products would best do the job. He was able to find the original manufacturer of the sliding windows as were specified on the original blueprints Along with me interviewed potential contractors and immediately upon that decision, began working with the subcontractors to be sure that everyone involved with the job had a clear understanding of exactly what we wanted accomplished. You are in good hands with Eilering Architecture. My current project is not yetcomplete but I know from past experience that it will be completed with highest standards.”

These guys are 100% professionals. We had a very large (HUGE!) project that involved almost 15,000sqft. Rooms were demolished, rebuilt, repainted, doors removed/replaced, painting and trim work completed, flooring removed and replaced - you name it; they did it. Through the entire process we were kept informed of changes, needs and we were supported with any questions that arose.
