“Mark Williams from Integrated Home Services & Consulting, Inc. performed the inspection on my house prior to purchase and did an amazingly thorough and professional job. Not only did he identify current issues that I was unaware of, but he was able to spot potential problems that could come up a year or two down the road. He spent well over 3 hours scouring the house for issues, testing for functionality, and even donning a Hazmat suit to explore the crawl space and substructure of the house. As the potential buyer I was able to stick with him for the entire inspection asking questions and learning everything possible about my future house. The whole time he used a voice recorder and camera in order to fully document the inspection. Just one day later Mark sent me his final report of the house.
