“Placed an order on 5/1/13 for 13 wainscotting kits through a reseller (architectualdepot.com) which noted a shipping date of between 5/10/13 to 5/13/13, with delivery between 5/13/13 to 5/16/13. I received the kits today on 5/9/13. I received the kits before I received a shipping/tracking email. The kits were made in Canada by Elite Trim Works. 8 days to receive from Canada! Wow! Great Job! I opened all the boxes and nothing was missing or broken. One corner of one piece of trim was slightly mushed, but that was it. I would order from AD.com and Elite Trimworks again without reservation. A+ guys!”

“In the beginning of 2014, we have just survived our first winter in our new home. During the deep freeze/thaw weather, we noticed that there was a leak in our basement. We had searched online and ask recommendations from colleagues (who are in the construction/renovation trade) and found Nusite. We gave them a call and the next day Gemil Lacroix came and assessed the situation. He was very thorough and gave us his analysis what may have happened and why. He was very informative and gave us a couple of options to fix the leak. We decided to the fix right and ended up water proofing the one side of the house that didn't have window wells and install a sump pump. His team came a couple days later and finished the work in 2-3 days - when we thought it would be done in 5 days. Since then we didn't find anymore leaks...until this past winter this year. Again with the deep freeze and thawing we found a different leak. We contacted Gemil Lacroix and he came a couple of days later to assess what may have happened. We gave him some background information as to what we have done after we found the leak. Again, he was very knowledgable and gave us more info as to why these leaks are happening. Seeing that it is a very old house things needed to be done in order for these leaks to stop from happening every year. He gave us a couple of options from a "band-aid" fix to the ultimate fix. We have not yet made a decision as to how we are to fix the current problem, but I know eventually the work that Nusite will do will be supreme. The work they had done last year was great. There has not been any leaks at that side of the house and the sump pump is doing it's job. I recommend Nusite to anyone who is looking to water-proof their basement. They know their stuff, they are professional, and personable.”
