TLM interiors my design firm has had the privilege of working with some of the best builder's in Utah and QB&R has been a force in Utah building and remodeling for 30 years. I can work on the design and trust the builder is going to take and exacute my design vision by asking the right questions. Bret Zawacki the owner continually surprises me with his vast knowledge of products and pricing. He does aspects of my job better than I do. “The purpose of Lundun Street Condo project was to get away from the traditional bathroom look to achieve more space, modern look and everyday easiness of use. As well as possible wheel chair use. Brent did it in a flawless professional manner and I felt I had full cooperation and guidance /when I needed it/. After few months of using the new bathroom, I am extremely pleased with the way it turned out. Love the open space layout, easiness of cleaning and look of natural stone with glass accents. Most of all, I adore the light that Brent installed under the bathroom seat, which is a perfect night light and signature look for this bathroom. Thank you Brent Bathemess”
