“I hired 808 Killa Creations owner BJ Alo (supported by his colleague Kahlil) to replace a deck which had rotten boards. I got a bid from him based on a recommendation from a neighbor for whom he's done a variety of jobs. His fixed-price bid beat out 2 other strong bidders. He did a great job demolishing and hauling away the old deck, replacing the rotten joists, installing a supporting beam, and installing composite boards. He came in on budget and ahead of schedule. BJ not only knows his stuff, he showed up on time, was efficient, didn't try to sell unneeded services, was pleasant to deal with, was supported by a fully-skilled co-worker, and was patient answering questions. He is a true professional who I will be hiring to do other jobs.”
