Each of these builds have been complex and unique, she has been the key to the success of the project on every occasion. Dian listens and hears what our clients are asking for, she communicates well with our craftsmen so together we develop the best methods to construct & create. She is responsive and always alert regarding the importance of timely decision making and material purchasing, which helps us stay on schedule and budget. “Victor "Dean" Sinco is an excellent architect and he has an excellent team of drafts-people at Entheos. He is both creative and practical. He comes up with ideas that look good but are also cost-effective. He knows how to make new construction match original construction. He is great at supervising the work and coming up with solutions on the spot for any problems. He has always responded to me in a timely way. He has done both large and small projects for me. For one large project, he designed a guest suite addition to my house that added a laundry, kitchen, and screened porch to an existing bedroom and bath. At the same time he designed a roof extension, a new laundry room plus a solar water heater room, and a complete renovation of two bathrooms, one of them handicap. A few years later, he turned a walk-in closet into a half-bath plus a smaller closet and turned garage storage into interior storage. Recently, he designed a fence, gate, and lanai for me. I will continue to use him for any future projects.”

“Redesign of living room by installing laminate flooring and new window treatment. Added accessories for existing furniture to enhance color in space. I really liked working with Joan. Joan has attention to detail. Her ability to listen to what I envisioned for my living room space and to quickly draw a floor plan was very impressive. The consultation and outcome of the project is definitely worth $400. I highly recommend Joan for any design project.”

“Nancy helped me choose paint colors, window coverings and flooring for my home. She is so personable, easy to work with, and had a lot of great ideas. Nancy is very intuitive and it didn't take her long to figure out my "style" and come up with suggestions. We were so pleased with the way the house came out.
