“I was very happy with the services my clients received from Landmark, Jana, and their team. I am a real estate agent, and I work with a lot of builders. It's always refreshing to see a builder go over and above. Building a home is extremely complicated and a lot of things can come up. Going with a builder with good character makes a world of difference. I showed my clients a lot of homes and we met with a lot of builders. They ended up choosing the perfect home for them and they got everything they wanted in their budget. I also like how they do a 30 day walkthrough and then a second one around the one-year mark. “Shandra Pettit, owner of Apropos Design in Omaha, NE helped us plan and complete a very complex bathroom remodel and I couldn't be happier with the results. Shandra listened carefully to my "dream" for my bathroom and helped me make it a reality. I especially appreciated her ability to push me slightly out of my comfort level to consider to products, styles and ideas. I ended up with my dream and more because of some ideas that Shandra introduced. The main reason I give her 5 stars is because now when someone visits my house the first thing I show them is my new bathroom. Everyone who sees it loves it. I always give Shandra most of the credit. When we plan our next remodel, most likely our kitchen, she will be who I call.”

“I would highly recommend UDR! They put in a new window for us in our living room that previously didn’t have one. The window and our siding look like it’s always been there! Very professional and we felt comfortable with them in our home while we were at work. The dogs loved them too!”

“I had the pleasure of working with Kim Hansen, Owner of Absolute Design Interiors when my husband and I bought our house. It is our first house and we wanted pictures to be places well and also needed new furniture but was unsure what would make the most of the space. Kim came in and worked with use placing pictures, artwork and furniture. When she left our house looked simply amazing! Without her help our house wouldn't be the home it is now.”

“I reached out to Julie after weeks of failing miserably (on my own) trying to find the perfect shade of grey for my main level walls. I was in a state of pure panic, as I had gone through at least 6 trial pots of different colors, applied a 1st coat, to my entire kitchen, of a color I THOUGHT was grey, but in fact was lilac, and spent hours in the car going from home to paint store and back again with no success! Within 10 minutes of her visit, she understood the look I was trying to achieve, had the name and brand of paint I should invest in, and gave many outstanding color/design ideas we could work on, once the painting was finished! I would recommend Julie, and her team, in a heartbeat and I look forward to working on phase 2, very soon!”

“I reached out after painting my living room and realizing the carpet that I had just picked out didn't go together as well as I thought it would. Also the paint color, Morning Coffee, turned out to have pink undertones that don't match either. Deb was very responsive and after taking the time to understand what my goals were went right to work. She went way beyond my expectations with both design concepts and product research. Her depth of knowledge is impressive and she is doing all this for a flat fee that I affordable in my budget. We are about half way thru my project as I recently ordered new carpet and new upholstery for my couch and love seat to be reupholstered. I will happily post before and after pictures once the project is complete.”
