“My wife and I will soon move into our new Fairbanks Built home. This journey has been a wonderful experience-mainly because of Craig and his team. Since we are retired we have been able to spend a considerable amount of time at the site getting to know Craig and the very talented, creative, dedicated, and friendly professionals that make up Fairbanks Builders. They stayed on budget and when they had an idea that might exceed budget-they checked with us first. The quality of the product is very re-assuring. My wife and I almost feel like a part of the Fairbanks family. I am a fanatic when it comes to quality customer service. The Fairbanks team has that in spades which made this experience so enjoyable. I've been told by some that building a new house can be extremely pressure filled. Not with Fairbanks Builders!. “We were remodeling a 4 seasons porch. I really liked working with Alex because he took your decorating taste into consideration and didn't try and push you into something you didn't like or wouldn't work for you. But at the same time he would thow ideas out to you if you really didn't know what you wanted and then he would let you decide. He worked really hard at getting you the piece of furniture that you liked and was in your buget. He designed a room that met all of our needs and our budget. After doing that room we were so pleased with eveything that we asked him to help us with a table and chairs for our kitchen and we love it.”

“Winkel Design Forum designed a beautiful home to fit on a pie shaped lot with a 12 foot drop off 30 feet from the back of the house. They used the lot angle to create the same angle in the design of the house utilizing the lot angle down to within an inch of the legal setback. Others would have said the square footage we wanted could not be done!”

“Working with Brian enabled us to build the home of our dreams. In the beginning he met with my wife and me to explain all of our options and help us pick a layout. He encouraged us to do our research to figure out what we wanted. He was very patient with us as we revised our plans numerous times. Once construction started he held our hands throughout the process. Day or night, he was always available to answer questions or address our concerns. His sub-contractors were all very professional and were eager to answer our questions. If we ever build again we will use Brian Ophoff and Stonegate Custom Homes.”
