“Ray Castillow come out and custom ordered and installed glass doors for my shower. He completely went over all the features and options with me. Gave me a very good price. Once the custom doors were here he was prompt to come and install them. When I called to have some things tweeked he was prompt to come and take care of all my concerns. The guys that did the work were professional, nice, quiet, and cleaned up after themselves. Even later he still called back to make sure I was happy. I was blessed to get a great company with good people to take care of my needs.”

“When we were building our home, we decided to do transoms above our cased openings. We wanted something unique for our home, not an off the shelf fast production item. We had a referral so we called......I hired this very sweet lady to do the transoms in our home. She does the absolute best leaded and stained glass work. Our intentions were to only hire her for our custom transoms but later decided to hire her to do a design on a double window in our kitchen. She and Doug did an amazing job on our design & install; it really gave our home more character with a very unique and artistic touch. We receive tons of compliments on the work they did for us. This is a hiqh quality artistic craft, so please be patient when requesting services from this company. They stay busy for a reason : ) I highly recommend this company.”

“I am a local architect and provide services for residential as well as commercial. Wilson lumber must cherry pick their employees for they are all seemingly very knowledgeable in the departments they all work. I have seen one department head help other departments when the show room is inundated with builders. My pet peeve has been that some of my clients have a tight budget where as others have ridiculously no to non existent budgets. The staff at Wilson seem to be able to offer options, suggestions and otherwise invaluable advice. I hope they do not catch on that they seem to go beyond just selling building products, but that their advise and knowledge is also marketable. I literally refer all my custom home builders to Wilson. They also provide framing plans and other code compliant amenities. Another thing I have noticed is they seem to take the time to look into new technologies. I have seen some " things" in their show room that I didn't know existed. “Window World replaced our old cheap aluminum windows in 2010. The Window World windows surpassed my expectations for quality windows. The install technicians were very knowledgeable about their windows they were installing and their quality of work was totally professional. Now in 2013, my husband and I are older and unable to paint the outside of our home ourselves. Being as we had an outstanding experience with Window World in 2010 we decided to hire Window World to install siding on our home. We called for an appointment, the siding representative arrived on time, professional appearance and attitude. He was knowledgeable about the product he was representing and was able to give me exactly what I wanted in color and siding quality. We've not received our siding yet but I have no doubt when they arrive to do the install it will be professionally installed and a quality product as our windows are.”

“We have 3 sliding patio doors that were very difficult to open/close in a foreclosed home we purchased and are renovating. I had originally had another contractor "fix" them - he said they would work fine by just lubricating them, and trying to adjust them (which they really wouldn't do). Well, they didn't. I had called Busy Bee on another issue (a window wouldn't open/close but when the employee got there, he got it to work fine easily and I wasn't charged anything), so I called them to see if they could fix the doors at a reasonable price. I didn't want to replace them - this renovation had long passed the budget ceiling. They came out and replaced the track and rollers, and the doors now work great. Even a very heavy, oversized set glides perfectly. Very reasonable (not much more than I was charged by the other contractor for lubricating and adjusting!), prompt and professional. I will use them for ANY service they provide I need to have done!”
