I was completely comfortable leaving and knowing that security of my home was not jeopardized. During the construction, Chad showed up on regular occasions to ask me if everything was as expected. At the completion, Chad walked through and found minute flaws, that I had missed. The crew was back the next day to repair. The "man cave" is a self sufficient living space. When we have friends over, it is the men who go crazy over the living space. The women love the open concept, and ease of cleaning.
