“We built our dream house in a beautiful location. The house is not an easy build and with out the Crew at Courtenay Glass it would not be what we had envisioned it to be. The house is mostly glass and working with a steel structure plus incorporating storm shutters was difficult. It was all done well with no issues. These shutters have provided us with great storm protection, extra insulation in the winter as well as heat protection in the summer. We have added a subsequent shutter to control noise from the road which has worked great. We have now done some custom work inside including a frameless shower and another shutter to close off the fireplace when not in use. This reduces the visual interference of the T.V. and fireplace when not being used together so one doesn't distract from the other. All of this above, has provided us with a beautiful, functional atmosphere that we can control to our liking and to outside weather conditions. In conclusion, we were very pleased with the results and with our dealings with Courtenay Glass.”

“The job was to replace all of the windows and patio does in our house, Our experience with Modern Windows was excellent from start to finish. The consultants provided us with excellent information and were very patient with our questions. The windows were delivered when promised and the installers worked around our schedule - even when their office was affected by the recent floods. The work was completed on schedule, the installers explained what they were doing, and did an excellent job. We are very happy with all aspects of this job.”
