A front on view of the master bathroom cabinet work. From here you can see the local symmetry of the vanities with semi-floating white quartz shelves for decor and towels on the right. At the toe kick of the cabinets is a heat register to take the edge off of cold feet on chilly mornings. Hardly visible below the custom-built casework housing the medicine cabinets are outlets for bathroom appliances. Hiding these elements helps maintain a modern and clean aesthetic.

Several areas of the bath were designed with accessibility in mind. This stylish floating vessel sink allows for easy wheelchair access, while towel and grab bars rest within convenient reach of both the sink and shower stall.

The existing master bathroom was very cramped and nearly unusable. H2D worked with the homeowners to expand and design a new master bathroom. The bathroom was designed with a separate toilet room, large walk-in shower with double shower heads, large soaking tub, and double vanity. The colors chosen for the bathroom are bright and airy. Our client requested a design that reflected their need to renovate their dated bathroom into a transitional floor plan that would provide accessibility and function. The new shower design consists of a pony wall with a glass enclosure that has beautiful details of brushed nickel square glass clamps. The interior shower fittings entail geometric lines that lend a contemporary finish. A curbless shower and linear drain added an extra dimension of accessibility to the plan. In addition, a balance bar above the accessory niche was affixed to the wall for extra stability. The shower area also includes a folding teak wood bench seat that also adds to the comfort of the bathroom as well as to the accessibility factors. Improved lighting was created with LED Damp-location rated recessed lighting. LED sconces were also used to flank the Robern medicine cabinet which created realistic and flattering light. Michael Merrill Design Studio remodeled this contemporary bathroom using organic elements - including a shaved pebble floor, linen textured vinyl wall covering, and a watery green wall tile. Here the cantilevered vanity is veneered in a rich walnut.

This stunning master shower was designed to compliment the tropical garden showers. We used a soft green tile in a bamboo pattern on the shower walls. A shower niche was built into the wall for holding soaps and shower accessories, and was lined with a complimenting bamboo 3D tile in a natural cream stone. The quartz shower bench material matches the vanity tops. The shower pan is sliced pebble tile and compliments the cream porcelain tile used through out the bathroom. The doors and trim is Sapele as are the custom vanity cabinets.

This Master Bathroom remodel removed some framing and drywall above and at the sides of the shower opening to enlarge the shower entry and provide a breathtaking view to the exotic polished porcelain marble tile in a 24 x 48 size used inside. The sliced stone used as vertical accent was hand placed by the tile installer to eliminate the tile outlines sometimes seen in lesser quality installations. The agate design glass tiles used as the backsplash and mirror surround delight the eye. The warm brown griege cabinetry have custom designed drawer interiors to work around the plumbing underneath. Floating vanities add visual space to the room. The dark brown in the herringbone shower floor is repeated in the master bedroom wood flooring coloring so that the entire master suite flows.

This 1940's era bathroom was remodeled and updated. Gas wall heater was removed. New custom floating cabinets replaced the old cabinets. All electrical and plumbing was updated, including Electric Mirror lighted mirrors for the best grooming light. An overhanging lavatory allows for a narrower cabinet in a small space.
