“We cannot say enough about our experience with Julie! We were living in Arizona at the time and needed to sell our house in Clawson Michigan. We went on Angie's list to find a realtor. She went to our house which was rented out at the time. She worked with the renters schedule and went and inspected our property. As a note the renters were moving out in a few weeks. She reported to us exactly what we needed to do and got us contractors to do the few things we needed done. She also gave us an appraisal that we thought it wouldn't sell for. Then at no extra cost she did some minor staging. Long story short, she sold it in a week at full price! This was all done over the phone and mail. Bottom line is she didn't just list our home. She did all in her ability to sell it. She also used every marketing tool possible, though she sold it during an open house. Just a great realtor. She is what we consider a gold standard for realtors. We're talking HDTV stuff here! Terry&Jackie Bell”

All of their sub-contractors were very courteous and worked with us to best fulfill what we needed and wanted included in our home. We were very impressed and pleased with all the work done on our home and the finished product was even better than we had pictured or imagined.”

“We have had the privilege to work with Ralph for the past 7 years. He assisted us with the short sale of one home and purchase of another during the 2008-2009 housing crisis, and we were able to secure excellent outcomes on both thanks to his expertise, perseverance and professionalism. Now, we are building a new home and Ralph is working with us on this project,. He is not only assisting with the real estate aspect but also the design, monitoring the project as if it were his own home. He purposely sought out a builder who would meet our expectations and do a quality job. He found a community to which we are well suited. He comes to every meeting with the builder and makes helpful recommendations on everything from the type of layout that fits our family's needs to best choices of finishes that are timeless and not trendy, which is important if we are ever to sell the home in the future. Our current home that we are selling, which was listed also with Ralph, had 10 showings in 6 days and three offers. Ralph is a consummate professional with over 25 years of experience. “Since I was a first time homebuyer, I didn't even know where to begin! I contacted Sandi in hopes that she would be able to help us with the home buying process, and match us with the perfect home for me and my fiance. She listened to what we were looking for, was super communicative with everything, and best of all made it fun and enjoyable! Isn't that how buying a house should be? :) Many people have told us that the home buying process was going to be very long and painful. Our experience with Sandi was quite the opposite. It was honestly one of the least stressful things I've went through. Because she always kept us in the loop, talked to the other parties for us, and made sure she understood our needs, we were able to find the perfect house and close within just a few weeks!
