“My husband and I hired Renee at RAW Design & Consulting for purposes of planning and designing a partial renovation of our 1950's home in Miami, Florida. We were relocating our kitchen and adding a bathroom to our 3/2, along with some other superficial changes. Although we ultimately chose to scale back the project significantly, we worked with Renee through the completion of the design stage and were just about ready to send the final plans to the city for their review and approval. The final plans were fantastic and included structural, mechanical, electrical and other design elements. As first time homeowners (and renovators), we really appreciated Renee's insight and constructive feedback with respect to what would and would not work for our home. Renee's attention to detail and responsiveness to our emails and other inquiries made it an absolute pleasure to work with her. She was very professional and courteous throughout the project, and made the process very simple and stress-free. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her services to anyone interested in a fresh take on their home's potential.”

“Pedro and his team have worked on Commercial projects ( 10 Restaurants ) for me dating back 15 years . These Restaurant projects ranged in construction costs from 1.2 - 2 million dollars . Pedro is exceedingly Professional , communicates exceptionally well his vision and has never disappointed me . Pedro is the ultimate gentleman and I could not imagine doing a project without him . Pedro has also designed 3 of my homes for me over the past 12 years .”

“The owner of INTELAE, Ron Rickert, worked with my wife and I to achieve exactly what we wanted. The lot is pie shaped and on the Intracoastal Waterway. This made it difficult to think in conventional terms. The design of the house is perfect and the hurricane zone construction techniques are very advanced. We are very happy with the result.”
