Neither of us had the time or talent to take on the remodel work our home needed. We hired Carol.. What a blessing. We told her we had a classic-cormfortable lifestyle and loved to entertain. We also told her when options were available to limit us to three as we had a difficult time making a decision. She is helping us with the following projects: * Guest Bathroom (cosmetic remodel) * Master Bathroom (reconstruction) * Living Room * Outdoor Living Area Not only did she help with every aspect of the design, drawings and selection of paint, tile, cabinets, hardware she coordinate with all the individual compaies involved in the projects above.”

“Currently engaged with Studio Prime in support of a design/build project here in the city of San Luis Obispo. I couldn't ask for a more knowledgeable and professional group to work with, but importantly, they also have a sense of humor (especially John). They are helping my wife and I design (and eventually build) a 3,000 sf custom home on an, um, "interesting" hilly site that is presenting some challenges. However, these guys know their stuff, and are deftly navigating us around those challenges. Strongly recommend these guys!”

“We had no idea how wonderful it could be to have an architect's help until we met Jessica. We felt listened to and like she really took the time to hear an understand our project. When we called Jessica (at the suggestion of our realtor) for help in remodeling the kitchen in the house we were purchasing, we had no idea what a gift she would be! Not only is she excellent with all the design details and measurements and everything else an architect is supposed to do, but she was able to help us with materials and think outside the box to accomplish our goals in creative ways. Jessica also helped us tie in the look and feel of our kitchen/dining room to our front outdoor space and thought of other details we wouldn't have even considered. Jessica was professional and easy to work with, she was gracious and even able to understand/communicate well with both my husband and me and help us figure out what we wanted.
