From start to finish, Sam was super pleasant to work with, and went above and beyond to insure that we were happy with our project. Sam was a great listener and communicator and incorporated all of our wishes into her design, while introducing us to new innovative ideas. She helped with the selection of all materials, worked seamlessly with our contractor and designer, and gave great attention to detail. “Yohe Architecture was great to work with. Charlie listened to us and continually reflected our needs in his designs. He was patient and worked hard to be sure we got the design right, before construction started. His attention to detail during the design phase helped us save money for construction. The thorough documents allowed us to solicit bids from various contractors with assurance that they were all bidding the same scope. Charlie was thoughtful, courteous, and responsive. We love our new space and how it functions for us and also feels like such a retreat! This is mostly due to Yohe Architecture's involvement. Highly recommend.”

“My husband and I are very happy we chose Stoltzfus Drafting and Design. After our initial meeting, we received a very detailed proposal for our kitchen remodel. There were no hidden costs. He assigned a project website that allowed us to provide input, upload product changes and document all elements of the renovation. We found Mel to be very flexible and accommodating throughout the process. He made absolutely sure that we were pleased with every aspect of the project. We did a lot of research on our product selections, and even made several changes which he did not mind. During the renovation Mel was on the job inspecting the work being done and assisting at times. He also met with us throughout the renovation to ensure that we were abreast of their progress with respect to the established timeline. We are very pleased with our renovation and recommend Stoltzfus Drafting and Design very highly.”

“Conceptual Cad is an excellent choice for consulting before a major project. We used Conceptual Cad to help us finish our basement. We were able to see what the job was going to look like before it was ever started. This gives you the ability to consider many different options before you decide on your final design. This was particularly helpful for us on the location and design of our fireplace, bar, pool table area, bathroom and game room. We were able to see what various configurations of furniture would look like, wood floors, window treatments, railings, carpets, paint and even crown moulding! Larry Stemple was a pleasure to work with. He was always professional, willing to share experiences, advice, recommendations for contractors and great ideas to make the project even better than we ever thought it would be. We will gladly call Conceptual Cad the next time we do a project of this scale. We wish we had known about Conceptual Cad when we built our pool!”

“We began working with Ted Strosser and Jason Clapp 5 years ago, working at our (slower) pace on the development of a program, design and construction plan for our home. Because we were living in another state, they helped us evaluate alternate builders and oversaw the (Gray Builders) contracting and construction process throughout the build. They were effective working with us virtually and at well-organized, face-to-face monthly meetings. Through the process, Ted and Jason were effective listeners, eliciting the real needs behind all of our Pinterest and HGTV ideas! Both were easygoing and quietly confident, which was particularly reassuring to first-time builders. They brought architectural expertise and their own experiences from residential, conservation and commercial work and materials. This translated into a highly functional and aesthetically appealing design. Ours is a one-of-a-kind home which consistently prompts compliments from those who see it. Working with Ted and Jason was the first, best decision we made with building our home.”
