“After a phone call, Tom agreed to visit me and discuss the renovation of my condo. On-site, I found him both open to my ideas and replete with information that made sense for alternatives to my initial thoughts. I contracted him then and there to prepare my drawings and his turnaround was quick; within two weeks I saw my dreams on paper. He then shepherded my plans through the village and around the bureaucratic red-tape in short order. I highly recommend his services!”

“Rich designed a completely new roof rafter & ceiling system to replace our leaking and waterlogged one. Right before drywalling, the Village inspector decided they needed complete floor plans for the house because we had to replace more things than we had originally planned. Rich very professionally came in to measure the house and had the permit drawings back to me in only four working days so that the project could proceed. I would highly recommend Richlind to anyone needing architectural services. I will use him in the future as well.”
