“After meeting with several companies for our Schaumburg kitchen remodeling project, we decided to move forward with 4EVER Remodeling because their process felt more structured and realistic from the beginning including their design and remodel process. During the design phase, they explained the layout changes, cabinet configuration, electrical updates, plumbing work, material options, and overall timeline in much more detail than other contractors we interviewed. Our project was a full gut remodel that included demolition, new electrical, plumbing, drywall, flooring, cabinetry, painting, and finish work. Martin the carpenter paid close attention to the installation details throughout the project. Peter handled the plumbing work professionally, and Conrad completed all electrical work. One thing we found very helpful was the Buildertrend app, which simplified scheduling, product ordering, daily communication, invoicing, and progress tracking. The final walkthrough was thorough, and the team addressed all remaining list items before completion. The total project timeline was around 8 weeks, and overall we are very happy with the final result.”

“I wanted to take a moment to provide a review. We bought a fairly traditional home in Winnetka and had about 4 months to plan our move in . We were very keen on transforming our spaces into a more transitional decor and feel. After talking to several design teams we had Jessica share her ideas. Right from choosing our wooden floor stain to wall colors she was involved in every decision. We had some very strong opinions of our own and Jessica and her team were exceptional at incorporating those but also pushing back where they felt it was not appropriate. We also loved the fact that right upfront she pulled together a very detailed view by room of the potential budget with options helping us make the right tradeoffs on where to go really high end and where we could tradeoff. We have received a ton of compliments on all aspects of our new home including the decor, the furniture pieces, at the art pieces, the accents and the rugs. We also loved the fact that she insisted on addressing the little details like changing our cabinet handles and faucets with the right colors and styles to fit the contemporary vibe we were looking for. “IT is a truth universally acknowledged, that a single family in possession of a good property must be in want of a house. However little known the feelings or views of said family may be on first entering such an endeavour, this truth is so well-fixed in the minds of the surrounding builders, that the family is considered as the rightful recipient of whatever house such builders might be inclined to provide. Where other builders were delighted to construct the house THEY thought we should have, Gary and his associates were committed to building the house that WE thought we should have. Through a very deliberate, detailed, and interactive process, Gary and Barb took us through multiple iterations until we settled on the design that was (and still is) exactly right for our needs. Construction was equally meticulous, with Gary’s mastery of materials, techniques, and subcontractors apparent throughout the process. He was generous with his time and attention, and was flexible, collaborative, and gracious in making adjustments, thereby reflecting his dedication to delivering the best possible result. The post-construction process has been equally impressive, with multiple formal inspections to identify and fix those annoying but inevitable glitches that only reveal themselves weeks or months after occupying new construction. Gary and his associate Leila have been incredibly attentive to our needs, providing assistance at a point when other builders would have long since departed. The house G.L. Green and Associates constructed is now our home, and our attachment toward this home grows with each passing day. We are ever sensible of the warmest gratitude towards Gary and company who, having brought our dream home into existence, have been the purveyor of great pleasure and satisfaction in our lives.
