“CADup Ltd are a friendly and professional company that I would not hesitate to recommend to anyone. I have used CAD UP to produce technical detail drawings for my business since 2010 and have always been happy with the service they provide. The drawings are produced with meticulous detail and are presented clearly. Their costs are reasonable and go out of their way to meet deadlines. “We decided to award Home Architecture the design contract for a large rear extension we had planned for our 1930s house. The designed drawing by Mike had some design options that at the time we had not considered. With this open advice and forward thinking vision we approved modification for the final drawing sign off. Its now some eight years since we had the extension done and still very much appreciated the input we had from the architects. The rear extension in brief consisted of a approx 6m x 4m single story extension, with tiled roof , velux windows and Bi-fold doors across the rear to open up onto hard wood decking. I would recommend Home Architecture if you are considering building works small or large.”

“We wished to extend our house but it is a very unusual shape. We were looking for an Architect who could come up with a design for a 2 storey extension that maintained the character of the house but provided us with more usable living space. We chose Adapt because their initial design concept fulfilled all our requirements yet remained within our suggested budget. Although construction is not yet complete, our neighbours have commented on how much better the house looks. We are pleased at how much more space we will have when the work is complete and how the house will be far more suitable for us as we get older. Alan talked us through the whole process of Planning & Building Control approval & kept us fully informed during these processes. Additionally, he recommended suitable structural engineers and surveyors to assist us, and sent out tender documents to the various builders who were quoting for the work. Altogether, we were provided with an excellent service and would recommend this company without hesitation. We would recommend t”

“I used Vesta Architects for a single storey rear extension and internal renovation. Not having had much experience in the construction industry I was not sure about how the process worked. Michael at Vesta we’re incredibly helpful in this regard. At the start of the process they explained the required steps and what would should be expected at each stage. “We loved working with Emily. She is thorough, accurate, knowledgeable and collaborative. A true professional. Emily took the time to get to know us and listen to what we wanted to achieve. She understood the space we felt we could create and how to transform it into our forever family home. She worked with us through the concept and drawing phase and creatively found a solution to our upstairs that we hadn't considered. She is thoughtful, realistic and detailed - advising on what is possible and if it isn't, the reasons why, or the cost required to achieve it. Emily helped us get through a difficult planning process, navigating tricky conversations with the powers that be, especially when we were delayed by bat surveys and the ecology process. She has a strong network and understands the process thoroughly - able to advise on timeframes and correct protocol. She recommended to us our builder - the best we've ever worked with and who we will continue to use for any future builds. Considering the quality of her work, time spent and continued support, we felt her prices incredibly fair. Emily is a delight to work with, very patient and reassuring, and we would highly recommend her.”

“From beginning to end of our project Martin Ralph Architects were professional, considerate and creative. Their team were always available for advice or comment and we are 100% pleased with the final design. The finished product is a home we are proud of and which uniquely blends with the mature conservation area it sits within, yet, incorporates contemporary features that are both subtle and stunning. Visitors and public repeatedly comment on its appeal and transformation. The overall project was a product of diverse input but conceptually our architect Olaf Olafsson was the major influence and the result is testament to his ability. We never plan to move again.”
