“From design to warranty inspection our experience with Morrison has been FANTASTIC! From the moment we started planning, the team at the showhomes and design center got every detail right. They were so patient as we went back & forth changing our minds more than once. Warranty was a breeze. Again, minor issues surfaced which were rectified so seamlessly. Morrison's process is finely tuned. We have been through warranty with another builder and there were more issues and didn't go as smoothly in my opinion. Again, the Morrison rep went above and beyond. Friendly, knowledgeable, flexible, efficient. With over 300 people involved with building a new home, you wouldn't imagine it could feel like friends and family. But when each person through this process treats you like they would want to be treated building their own home, that's how you feel - like you are part of the Morrison family.”

He was so easy to work with, he was there to help with all of our decision making, he was always on the job site ensuring things were running smoothly and in a timely fashion. After a parade of "contractors" that made Mike Tyson look professional and level headed, we gave it one last chance and met with Jeff after seeing his ad on Facebook. When I found out he used to work as a Site Supervisor at a larger builder here in Calgary, I could instantly tell that he understood how hiring a contractor is just as much about customer service as it is the work. Jeff was helpful, and genuine. Most surprisingly, he gave me a quote and while I expected it to be 15% higher than the quote, he stuck to every dime! I didn't have to wait weeks for a quote, and I didn't have to wait weeks for the work. Surprisingly enough, through his contacts his HVAC guy ended up being the same guy that worked on my home when it was being built. They pulled of a miracle from a previous mess up and fixed the existing work that was already done!”
