He single-handedly saved our project because he stands by his work and simply wants to ensure the client is happy, even if that costs him his own happiness (and profit margins). Because of some hellacious problems on the project, he had to remake and repair quite a few items, but he did so without complaint (or additional charges)--only asking if we were happy. It also is a huge benefit to have someone that can approach a project from all perspectives--design, architecture and construction on top of the millwork.
