Not only did he ingeniously and thoroughly replace that floor, subfloor and insulation, Dave added water resistant materials underneath all the flooring to prevent its occurrence again. Then just last month, Dave was willing to take on the task of our hazardous leaning fencepost, that separates our yard from our neighbors'. It may seem like a small job to some, but it was very important to us, being that our neighbors have small children who could be injured were it to fall. Dave once again came through and amazed us with his ingenuity: efficiently replacing the fencepost without taking down surrounding fence itself! Not only that, he replaced several weather-damaged cross pieces and solidly replaced a few missing fence caps. If that weren't enough...he offered to haul away an aging wooden structure and aided us in getting our "whole-house" exhaust fan running again.
