Tracy the office manager put together a great homeowners book for us filled with great information along with a flash drive of pictures taken during the construction project. “We really enjoyed working with Ence Homes while building our house, and I would definitely recommend them to anybody. The process was simply, straight forward, and most importantly....it was easy and fun. All of the folks we worked with, from the realtor, to the design center, to the project manager and even to the owner(s), were courteous, friendly, professional and made us feel important. We did run into a few hiccups with plans not being followed which caused us to have to reach out to our project manager to have items changed and/or added that were done incorrectly. However, they were quick to act and fix the mistakes. The only other feedback I have is the landscape on the side of our house. In defense of Ence Homes, they say that they will cover the front and side landscape and the homeowner is responsible for the back. Well on the west side of our property, there is a road so we had spoken to Ence about covering the landscape on a 10x20 piece of land (basically put rock down) so that it matched the rest of our front/side landscape (that are also facing the road). They agreed and said they'd do it, but when it came down to it, they reverted and wouldn't do it, leaving the back side of our landscape to be a different color from the rest of our property (as we couldn't find the rock they used on the rest of it). Overall, I would give Ence Homes a 4.7 star rating. Very friendly service. And again, easy and fun process.”

“We are absolutely thrilled with the work that Alcoa did for us. We wanted to add a sunroom to our home that needed to accommodate art studio space, bar, and an ample seating area. It had to have energy saving banks of windows and sliders among many other requirements. For us it was daunting, but Corey of Alcoa provided us with excellent suggestions and solutions. Corey presented us with a proposal that outlines every detail of the project and the time frame for each item. When all was said and done, we had the sunroom of our dreams, it was completed on time and with in budget. We were so pleased that we have asked Alcoa to proceed with another project for our home. After interviewing three other builders we were introduced to Brent by a friend and knew at once that he would be our builder. His years of experience in building quality homes was evident, and as we began our project his understanding of the building process was reassuring. He was able to bring an aesthetic eye to the home that complemented the architect’s work. For example, he looked at the framing for the fireplace and asked what we had in mind. I showed him a picture and told him we wanted something similar. He said he would be back the next day to reframe the fireplace himself. He wanted to make sure that it had better balance and would be closer to what we had in mind. He was absolutely correct. We couldn’t be happier. Brent builds more than a building; he is concerned with the quality of construction as well as the play of space, the comfort, and the flow of traffic. We could tell he felt he was building “our home” and it was not just another building project on a list. We never knew building a custom home could be so much fun. He was in contact throughout the entire build. He was ready to answer questions and kept us informed with the progress of the construction and all of the costs. There were no surprises. Any cost overruns were changes we made, and even then he often helped to save us money. Not only did we find a great builder we made a good friend.”

“Shawn Sullivan was our builder and he was amazing, he has amazing taste and a good eye for classy looking homes. His homes are high quality and energy efficient. We have been in our home for 2yrs now that he built us and now we are selling it and are going to build another custom home with him! “I give the highest award to Braun Construction in all aspects of the build. When the build started we lived over 500 miles away. They were in constant contact with me and kept me informed at all times. They treated my wife and I with respect and friendship. I have no complaints at all. The minor things that weren't working were fixed immediately. All the subcontractors were top rate also. They built a 2300 sq ft house and are now building a RV garage of 2750 sq ft.
