“What a great adventure it was when we decided to replace our kitchen countertop! First, we needed to find a stone we liked. Once that was done, we got three estimates. We chose Stone Masters in Kennett Square because they were the lowest bid even though we knew nothing about them. All three companies had great reviews! We first contacted Stone Masters via email and Ryan, one of their sales staff, was very prompt in getting back to us! So, it went from there! Our project was then handed over to Sarah, the scheduler. She had Alan come out to do the templating. Alan took the time with us to express our concerns and go over our questions. He went over the digital layout with us to explain everything. We were very impressed with him! Brandon emailed us the Digital Slab Layout with two options. Once this was done, it was about a week which was explained to us is typical, before we heard from Sarah again about scheduling the installation. Danny and Luis were here to do the install. It was totally amazing how they got the quartz slabs from the truck into our kitchen! Although it was a bit more dustier than we expected, they cleaned up before they left! We were very happy with how detail oriented they were. With everything said and done, we are thankful we chose Stone Masters! All the employees encountered, including Doc, the canine greeter, were a mighty fine group of friendly, personable, caring and experienced professionals.
