“Greg from Hammer Contractors was one of the best I've worked with. We have not actually started the work yet, but he gave great information and outlined the steps involved in getting it done. He was punctual, and always followed up with an email to check the status of my talks with the bank. He was always respectful and actually listened to us. “We inherited a 1970's "avocado green" galley kitchen. We did the best we could with simple homeowner improvements (replaced appliances, etc) but finally had to do a remodel. After interviewing several design/build firm, with went with Anthony Wilder. They created a design within our budget, and made some important safety upgrades that previous contractors had done incorrectly. We took out an interior wall and bumped out the back wall. We bought new high-end applicances, custom cabinets and installed hardwood floors. We also added a lovely back patio. The AWDB employees supervised every step of the remodel and made sure we were 100% satisfied. We love our new kitchen! It's been over 2 years and we still get compliments on its design and its beauty. Best of all, the total design and craftsmanship has greatly increased the value of our home.”

“After meeting Nicole, I realized that I’ve watched to much HGTV. It takes longer than an hour to put a large addition onto your 81 year old home. Nicole has a great sense of style. Nicole’s suggestions were on point and she was very patient explaining everything to my 80 year old mother. The project took longer than expected due to COVID but the end result was worth the wait. I would definitely recommend NGAGE Properties Group for any home improvement or design project. This is my second home requiring renovations. Her work and customer service is phenomenal; 2nd to none.”

“Spectrum has done a full bathroom and basement renovation for us, in addition to several smaller projects including replacing all the exterior doors to the house and refinishing our front porch. The quality of the work is excellent. Communicating for the purpose of planning and providing feedback is easy due to their rapid response and liberal use of email and cell contact. They responded well to feedback regarding the work site when we had complaints about dust and so forth. The quality of their work holds up; our bathroom completed in 2008 continues to be in terrific condition. They were described by the person who referred them, an architect, very accurately. "They're not the cheapest, but they're the best." I highly recommend them.”

“Erika is truly talented. We hired her to update and remodel the kitchen, living room, bathrooms and foyer in our recently purchased home. We immediately knew that we were in good hands. She took the time to ask the right questions and really listen to my husband and I as we described what what most important to us. Her designs maximized space, minimized unnecessary expense and transformed our house (built in the 1980's) into a fresh and modern home. When it came time to decorate, she selected furniture and accents that fit our design aesthetic and more importantly our lifestyle. I certainly have a taste for the finer things, but with a dog and a baby, we wanted to make sure that we were smart and economical with our purchases. Erika took all of this into consideration while sourcing items for our home, finding us items that we not only loved, but could feel good about buying for our family. My husband and I joke that Erika knows what we really want before we do, but it's not really a joke. She puts great care into her work and it's incredibly important to her that her clients love the finished product - and we most certainly do!”

“Carnemark designed and implemented two major renovations for our home. We had used other contractors in the past, but they are the first ones we ever hired back for a second project. We are already thinking about our third with Carnemark! The first project was primarily outdoor work which was a combination of modernizing our look and fixing some water problems -- stuccoed the exterior, installed a metal roof, installed a glass and metal front door entrance and garage door, buried electric and cable wires, replaced cement driveway, installed slate and stainless steel rails at front entrance, installed new outdoor house and yard lighting and fixed a leaky basement wall. We were so pleased with this work, that we rehired them 2 years later for an interior overhaul -- new modern kitchen, reconfigured floor plan, updated bathroom, installed stainless steel railings and steps, new lighting, new air-conditioning duct work and radiators, and new large format tile flooring throughout.”
