“I spent over a month researching direct vent fireplaces. Goal was to replace the decorative builder grade fireplace to a more efficient unit that would produce heat and warm the family room. I interviewed two local companies about fireplaces and reviewed numerous web sites and spoke to countless salesman in my search for a fireplace that was within my budget. During my internet search, I came across Fireplacesrus.net. Jeff answered and took the time to listen to me about my project. Jeff, having many years of experience installing guided me to a Kingsman ZCV39 which turned out to be perfect for our home. I ordered the unit from his site and 5 days later the unit was delivered in perfect shape. It took me a week to install working on it part time. Everything went together perfectly following instructions and she fired up with the remote on the first command. This was a DIY project so during the installation I had several questions and Jeff also took my calls and or answered my email questions. Installing a fireplace is not for the average DIY homeowner. It does require advanced DIY skill to complete the job safely. Thank you Jeff for being straight forward about the fireplaces you sell and your advice that helped me accomplish this project.”

“After several cold winters, my husband and I became interested in purchasing a wood stove to heat the basement of our home. Unfortunately, neither of us had every owned or operated a wood stove. Throughout the entire process, the staff at Fire Glow were extremely professional, knowledgable, and courteous! They addressed every question that we had, made recommendations on the wood stove that would be perfect for our household, and provided everything that we would need for obtaining permits. Neither my husband or I felt any pressure to buy and were greatly impressed by the amount of information that our sales associate gave us. Given our positive experience, we went ahead and purchased a Quadra Fire 4300 wood stove. Fire Glow kept in contact each step of the process and were willing to work the scheduling around our basement renovation. Our installer did a wonderful job- the installation was impeccable! He walked us through stove operation, chimney maintenance, and was kind enough to answer our remaining questions/concerns.
