“Kevin from Inferfar was very helpful and patient with my design of a built in TV cabinet. Very happy with the design and finish of the cabinet. Although not the cheapest quote, the quality of the cabinet is great. I did have issues with one of the doors after instillation, but this was fixed without fuss. “Ambient Lounge has a comprehensive range of informal seating in a useable range of colours and fabrics. The team there have assisted in the supply of items at short notice (pre-Christmas as well). They organised soupy of covers, filled them with the beans and helped with delivery. Professional in every aspect, friendly and courteous staff with excellent follow-up and personal skills. “We recently purchased five Persian Rugs from Bijan for our apartment. Bijan showed us many rugs from his huge collection, and is very knowledgeable as to their origins and quality. Two of the rugs are artistic scenes, made from pure silk, and will be for us a window into Iranian art, culture and history. Bijan was very helpful and courteous and we enjoyed meeting him.”

“I have commissioned Simon on three separate occasions during 2016. With each item produced by Simon I have been overwhelmed by the work he has produced for me. The works wee a coffee table and separate sets of fine boxes for jewelry, medals and bell ropes. From the design process to the selection of wood he was an invaluable source of advice to obtain the best possible result. Throughout the construction process Simon would update me on how the work was progressing and he did not hesitate to contact me if he felt clarification was needed on a particular issue. I believe Simon to be a every bit a master craftsman/artisan and do not hesitate to provide this recommendation. Simply put 99% is not good enough for him with the commissions he produces.”

“We recently needed to search for a replacement mattress, and we don't live far from the store, so we dropped in. The staff at Strictly Comfort were amazing. The first time we dropped in, we were also considering a couch, so we sat on all sorts of couches for about 30 minutes. During that time, the staff made themselves available but didn't hover. They just answered any questions we had and faded back into the store again. We knew where to find them and they had an air of helpfulness about them that meant that we felt comfortable asking of them as they bustled about doing this and that. After we were done considering couches, we sought advice on our mattress problem. Adam, the manager of the store, chatted with us about our issues until we had to run off to another appointment. For an unrelated reason to do with my business, I left a business card. A day later, I received a detailed email further drilling down into our mattress issues that was neither pushy nor unwelcome. It was incredibly helpful. Adam had listed what to look for in a mattress irrespective of where we went to do so. A big fan of customer service done right, we returned to the store and tried out all of the mattresses on offer, using the detailed list Adam had provided as a guide. Again, during our hour or more trying out mattresses "properly" (just ask Adam about that), the staff made themselves available but did not bother us once. Strictly Comfort helped us find a superior replacement for our mattress and we have never had better comfort or a better customer service experience. Friendly, honest and considerate, these people deserve all the stars.”
