“They were recommended to us by our neighbor, who had purchased a beautiful outdoor table from them. On our first visit to them, George (the owner) told us that they could make the bookcase that we liked, in whatever dimensions that we required. We had searched long and hard to find one that fitted in a very problematic space in our study. We gave him our criteria, chose the stain that we wanted (they have a very good selection), and the finish, etc and he was able to give us a very attractive quote - much better than the usual furniture stores (Macy's, RC Willey), and that would be a perfect fit. We could stipulate the exact height and number of the shelves, width, height, drawer depth, etc and George and his team were quick to respond and accommodate us. They sent us the final drawing for approval, and then we had photos of the bookcase at the various stages of production. It was delivered at a convenient time for us, and with great care and attention to detail. A beautiful piece of furniture that will stay with us. In fact the whole experience was so impressive that we then asked them to build a large dining hutch, which we also specified the dimensions, and design (glass upper doors, open center hutch, shelves upper, and doors and drawers below). This, like the bookcase, was built in solid mahogany, and painted to match my kitchen cabinets, but a golden mahogany stain inside. Again, the design process was painless, George and his team were very happy to accommodate my requirements, and the photos throughout the build process were great. The delivery was done with care and thought, and the hutch looks amazing, and we get asked all the time where we got it from. We would not hesitate to recommend Casual Elements for in stock and custom furniture. In fact, we wish we had found them before we bought our other furniture! Thanks George, Robert, and the team.”

“This medium-scale but ambitious desk was done precisely to my specifications - to fit a room with elegant furnishings but odd size constraints and a client - me - with very fussy comfort issues. :) Chad and Michelle worked extensively with me and built subtle details into the design that I didn't even realize I wanted. Having had the desk for a year now, the workmanship is extraordinary and I could not be happier with the result. It has the feel of an heirloom that will still be in perfect condition for a grandchild one day to use. I plan to work and play at it the rest of my life and it has made a huge difference in my environment; it is the center and focus of my den and an elegant, professional piece.”
