They completed two custom full-size bathroom remodels (from the original state in our mid-century home) along with updating two fireplaces and our laundry area. Typically hiring a contractor is no easy task but Cloud Nine's owner, Gilbert Trejo, makes every step of the way very enjoyable. This is really unheard of, especially in the construction industry! His business practices are rare - not only putting the customer first but showing great care for the high quality services and products he provides. I could go on and on but will try to summarize. Gilbert was quick to respond with initial communication, quick to schedule and deliver an in-home estimate, quick to provide a detailed break-down of the pricing and timeline, and quick to complete the entire remodel. We added more projects to the initial scope and he was still able to complete them quickly as well. Speed is only the beginning - Gilbert is creative and has wonderful taste/great design sense (he has BOTH technical and aesthetic skills - very unique). He went above and beyond to ensure we were thrilled with our decisions and the results the entire process. His pricing is broken down to an easy-to-understand and detailed structure, which we had also never seen before but greatly appreciated. Along with Gilbert, his team also became like family - extremely thoughtful, always asking if we needed help (even with unloading the groceries! :D ! ) and very professional. We have an infant and they were always careful to minimize noise, maintain cleanliness and even make her smile! They made us smile too - fun and easy-going, yet extremely talented, skilled and professional. Everything you could ever want or need, Cloud Nine Construction delivered. We now recommend this company to all our friends and family without hesitation.”
