“We used BDT to do the demolition and restoration we needed to have done in order to get our basement waterproofed after some groundwater issues. BDT did a really good, thorough job, putting up lots of plastic to help keep our possessions as clean as possible during both processes and sending really good contractors who did an amazing job of putting back drywall, rebuilding a big basement closet (that had been the previous owner's not-great DIY) and texturizing and painting. They got this fairly extensive restoration done within a week. During the restoration, some electrical issues arose, and they brought in their electrician, who fixed everything very well and quickly. Everybody at this company were good to work with, skilled and very detail-oriented - I especially liked working through all of this with Bruna, the project manager. Rod kept everything moving and made sure I was pleased with the finished work. I was very pleased! Everything looks brand new, and since I bought the place used, that's much better than it looked to begin with. These big projects can be just awful to get through, and working with BDT made it as easy as possible. I plan to use this company for further upgrades going forward.”

“I'm surprised there aren't more reviews here, but Dan and his team are well-known in our community, as they've finished many basements here. We received a quote from Nick, who gave us a basement design as well. We met with Dan afterward and you can tell that Dan and his team put a lot of effort into being very efficient and operating with integrity. He has a great reputation here, as everyone who's worked with Best Basements says how great they are. Unfortunately for us, his bid came in higher than we could afford so we were not able to work with Dan, but I still felt compelled to share that the bidding process with these guys was great. They will treat you like a paying customer well before you've given them any money. They're definitely worth considering if you're looking to finish your basement.”
